Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to complete any required paperwork.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and could result in a fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
- Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Payments & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Prepaid packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Results from aesthetic treatments vary by individual; therefore, no guarantees or refunds are offered once services have been rendered.
Memberships & Promotions
- Memberships, special offers, and promotional pricing may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and paid in full.
- Calla Medspa reserves the right to change or discontinue memberships or promotions at any time.
